Still time to express your interest for demonstrations at TRA2020!

The TRA2020 Call for Demonstrations continues and expressions of interest can be submitted until 1st of October 2019. To support the planning of various types of demonstration proposals that are going to be received, to take the business value of the demonstrations into account as well as to attract the newest possible demonstrations to TRA2020, we have planned a two-stage process, consisting of Submission of Expression of Interest and Submission of Full Proposals. An Expression of Interest, which contains a limited amount of information which is sufficient to assess each demonstration with respect to the selection criteria but leaves room for improvement and further developments. The deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest is on the 1st of October 2019.

At a later stage (during fall 2019), potential demonstrators will be invited to submit Full Demonstration Proposals, which are exhaustive descriptions of the demonstrations including, for example, all organisational and practical details that must be considered to ensure a successful implementation of the demonstrations. The demonstration area will be one of the highlights of the forthcoming TRA2020. Offering more than 3600 m2 of indoor and 2000 m2 outdoor demonstration space, the demonstration area is designed to accommodate a variety of demonstrations. The area enables interactive showcases of state-of-the-art technology innovations for business partners, researchers, and industry customers. Demonstrations provide a great opportunity to display your offerings to the conference audience in an engaging way, as well as develop new businesses. Showcases are supported by an amazing visual design and promotion by the organizers.
