Kicking off TRA ambassador series with João Falcão e Cunha!

In order to show the great impact of TRA2022 within the transport sector, the short video series includes a set of interviews with different TRA ambassadors. We will explore how can TRA provide a unique experience for attendees, why it will shape the future of mobility and who can we meet during the event across several interviews with various TRA2022 stakeholders.
Our first episode kicks off with João Falcão e Cunha, Director of Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), one of the local hosts of the next TRA. João shares his thoughts on the impact of #TRA2022 Conference on the education sector. The conference in Lisbon will be a meeting place for researchers, practitioners, academia, industry and education, allowing to exchange ideas on how to best use research results and steer future transport projects.
João Falcão e Cunha holds a PhD in Computing from the Imperial College of London and a PhD in Engineering and Computer Science from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. João was a Professor at FEUP for more than 33 years and has been the Dean of FEUP for almost 8 years.
