Helsinki has an extensive track record with living labs. Jätkäsaari is the second of Helsinki’s two smart city districts, with a primary focus on smart mobility. Local residents are actively involved in the testing of smart mobility solutions, and the launch of Jätkäsaari Mobility Lab, the brand new user-centric Test & Pilot environment, will place the district into a class of its own.

The Mobility Lab is an innovation and co-creation platform for smart mobility solutions, which focuses on the physical framework for innovation acceleration and co-creative collaboration with local residents and stakeholders. Visiting Jätkäsaari and Jätkäsaari Mobility Lab will provide you an exclusive insight into the Helsinki Smart Mobility success story.
