About the Call
TRA 2026 invites researchers, innovators, and professionals from all fields of transport to submit original papers that address the conference’s key themes and challenges. The aim is to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world practice, bringing together the brightest minds from universities, industry, and public institutions to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and shape the next generation of mobility solutions.
Accepted papers will be featured in a rich, multidisciplinary program that also includes technical demonstrations, exhibitions, and networking events, making TRA 2026 a true meeting point of science, policy, and innovation.
Submission Guidelines
1. Abstract submission
Authors are invited to submit a 200-word abstract through the online submission platform.
Deadline: June 30, 2025.
All abstracts will be reviewed by members of the local Program Committee for quality and relevance.
2. Full paper submission
Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit a full paper (up to 3,000 words) by September 30, 2025.
There is no fixed template — authors may use their own format provided that the structure and references are clear and professional.
3. Review process
Each paper will be evaluated by independent reviewers and the local Program Committee.
Accepted papers will be presented either in technical sessions or as posters.
To ensure a balanced program, each registered author may present only one paper.
4. Proceedings and journals
All accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings.
A selection of outstanding papers will also be considered for publication in special issues of leading international journals.
