Maja works in business and process development around two stroke engines in R&D at Everllence in Copenhagen. Her background as an engineer and former university researcher, combined with experience in strategy and leadership, forms a strong foundation for her hands-on role in tackling complex challenges and implementing change, shaping how people, ways of working, technologies, and the organization evolve to enable future-ready propulsion solutions.
As Chairperson of the Board of Waterborne Technology Platform, Maja is on a mission toward a waterborne ecosystem where research, development, innovation, upscaling, and deployment interconnect seamlessly, enabling technologies to progress without interruption across the European waterborne value chain.
