Rugilė Andziukevičiūtė-Buzė is the CEO of Transport innovation association and policy professional, where she represents companies driving innovation in transport and logistics. Her work focuses on shaping an enabling regulatory environment for emerging technologies, with particular attention to electric mobility, digitalisation, and data-driven transport systems.
She operates at the intersection of industry and policymaking, working closely with national and European institutions to ensure seamless, completely digital and efficient Transport and logistics operations and procedures.
With a strong focus on implementation, she brings a pragmatic perspective to policy discussions—highlighting what works in practice and where well-intentioned regulation risks slowing progress. Her experience includes engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, from technology providers and infrastructure operators to public authorities and international partners.
