Plenary Speakers

Dr. Claudia Elif Stutz has been a State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transport in Berlin since May 2025. She has over 20 years of experience working in public administration. Over the last ten years, she has held several senior positions in the Federal Chancellery, the Federal Ministry of Transport and the Berlin State Administration, where she dealt extensively with transport policy and social policy issues. In her capacity as State Secretary, she is responsible for international and European topics, with a focus on fast-tracking infrastructure projects as the backbone of European industry, trade and medium-sized businesses, cutting red tape, as well as innovative and climate-friendly forms of mobility.
