Plenary Speakers

Mr. Owain Jones is currently the Chief Corporate Officer at Wizz Air. He joined the company in September 2010 as General Counsel and has since held various positions, including Managing Director of Wizz Air UK, and Development Officer. In February 2023, he was promoted to his current role, where he oversees legal, government affairs, ESG, people matters, fleet procurement, and fleet finance. Mr. Jones is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Before joining Wizz Air, he worked as a solicitor specializing in finance and regulatory matters at Wilde Sapte (now Dentons LLP). He later became a partner at the firm and spent time in their Paris, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi offices. Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London.
