Mariella Guerricchio joined Hitachi Rail in May 2025 as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer. In this role, she leads the company’s innovation strategy and technology governance and oversees the global solution and product portfolio strategy across all lines of business.
Previously, she was Managing Director of Industry X at Accenture Italy. She has also held senior roles at Altran Group (now part of Capgemini) and STMicroelectronics, where she contributed to advanced R&D and engineering initiatives.
She holds a master’s degree in electronic engineering and a major in microelectronics from the University of Pisa.
