Since 2025, Olesea Lachi holds the position of Vice President for South & East Europe in Škoda Group company. Her career within Škoda Group traces back to 2008. With over a 17year experience working in various positions within sales teams, Olesea played an essential role in developing new markets, addressing new customers and building sustainable relationships. Her biggest motivation is identifying perspective projects by transforming their risks into opportunities. 
Thanks to her extensive experience in the mobility sector and outstanding sales skills, Olesea successfully managed Škoda Group to enter new markets in Southern Europe and to close deals for the supply of new trams, electric multiple units (EMUs) and metro trains. These contracts have significantly impacted the mutual trade balance between the Czech Republic and the target countries.
Currently, Olesea also manages the branch company of Škoda Transportation Italia S.R.L. and leads the sales team in Prague and across Balkan countries. Possessing strong team-player and communications skills, Olesea and her team successfully deal with challenging and complex projects.
